Terms and Conditions

Muzoil is a specialized product intended exclusively for professional use. By requesting a quote or placing an order, the customer acknowledges purchasing the product for business purposes only.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT is calculated and applied during the quotation and invoicing process based on the destination country and the customer's professional tax status.

Shipping costs will be calculated and submitted to the customer during the quotation process based on the delivery location. Customs duties, local taxes, and any related import or export fees remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Due to the chemical nature of the product and the strict requirement to prevent cross-contamination, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once the product has been dispatched.

The customer is strictly required to download, read, and understand the Material Safety Data Sheet (Muzoil's MSDS) prior to handling Muzoil. The product must be used in a properly ventilated environment with appropriate personal protective equipment. Gemma SAS declines all liability for any direct or indirect damage to persons, property, or gemstones resulting from improper storage, handling, application of the product, or failure to adhere to the official safety guidelines and protocols.

We collect personal data solely for the purpose of processing your orders and managing customer relations. In accordance with European regulations (GDPR), you have the right to access, modify, or request the deletion of your personal data by contacting us at contact@muzoil.com.

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or the purchase of goods shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
