Impregnation with Vacuum and Pressure
1Submersion
Ensure fissures are clean, unobstructed and perfectly dry.Submerge the stone completely in Muzoil.
2Vacuum
Apply vacuum until air bubbles stop emergingCan be applied cold or warm
3Pressure
Transfer to a high-pressure chamberMaintain pressure as required, then release graduallyCan be applied cold or warm
4Stabilization
Allow a passive soak at atmospheric pressure until clear.
5Finishing
Remove the stone and wipe with a non-absorbent, lint-free cloth.
Removal at Ambient Pressure and Temperature
Standard Method
1Dissolution
Soak in White Spirit.
2Rinsing
Soak in Petroleum Ether / Essence F.
3Pre-Drying
Soak in Isopropyl Alcohol.
4Drying
Allow the stone to air dry.
Advanced Method
1Dissolution
Soak in Toluene or Xylene.
2Pre-Drying
Soak in Isopropyl Alcohol.
3Drying
Allow the stone to air dry.
